Early Help and Support for Families
St John's is a welcoming, community school where all staff are committed to supporting the full development of every child and the wellbeing of our families. However, we appreciate that sometimes families may need further support.
Our Team Around the School (TAS) is a partnership between St John's CE Primary School, Stockport Family and other agencies. We'll work together with parents to offer early help and support.
Services involved in the TAS want to support the development of relationships with families to make sure professionals and parent/carers are working together.
Appropriate information will be shared when additional support is needed or requested for children and families (following government guidance on information).
Families working with the TAS team will have access to support from:
Family Help Co-ordinator - Heather Coppock (heather.coppock@stockport.gov.uk)
School Nurse - Victoria Hudson (victoria.hudson@stockport.nhs.uk)
Educational Welfare Officer - Joanne Marsh
Inclusion Lead - Katherine Fawcett
